Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Process: To cancel an order , you must provide your order number, name, and details to our support team. Once verified, we will process your cancellation request and issue a full refund to the payment method used at the time of purchase.
TERMS OF CANCELLATION
1. You can cancel the order any time prior to the dispatch of the Product. However, once the Products have been dispatched, and you wish to cancel the order, please reach out to the Customer Support and request for order cancellation. We will put our best effort to avoid attempting a delivery. However, in case the delivery is attempted, you may reject the delivery.
2. On the receipt of order cancellation request, your order will be cancelled with immediate effect, and the refund process for prepaid orders will be initiated within 24 hours of confirmation of cancellation.
3 Orders in the categories of vegetables cannot be cancelled once placed, and no refund will be provided if the order is rejected or refused at the time of delivery.
Refund Timeline
For successfully cancelled orders, refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days to the original payment method.
